Toyota RAV4 Dash Cam Installation

A Clean, Custom-Fit Install in About 4 Minutes.

Remove the original mirror cover, connect the included power adapter, and fit XPRO into place. No drilling, cutting, wire splicing, or fuse-box wiring is required for standard driving recording.

The installation time was measured by an experienced AKEEYO installer. Actual time may vary by vehicle and installation experience.

Three Installation Steps

1. Remove the Original Cover

Use the included trim tool to gently remove the original mirror housing cover.

2. Connect and Conceal

Plug the included power adapter into the connection near the mirror, then tuck the cable neatly inside the XPRO housing.

No power cable needs to run down the windshield or A-pillar for standard driving recording.

3. Fit XPRO and Check Recording

Align XPRO with the original mirror area and press it securely into place.

Start your RAV4, connect through the AKEEYO app, and confirm the camera view and recording status.

BEFORE & AFTER

Want Parking Protection Too?

The standard mirror connection powers XPRO while your RAV4 is running. To continue monitoring after the engine is turned off, choose one optional parking power accessory:

・ACC Hardwire Kit

Connects to the fuse box for a concealed, permanent installation.

・OBD Power Cable

Connects to the OBD-II port for a simpler plug-in installation.
